Frequently Asked Questions
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Delete Account. You will be asked to type "DELETE" to confirm. This action is permanent and removes all your data from our servers within 30 days.
How do I export my data?
Go to Settings → Export My Data. You can download all your cycle and symptom logs.
Is my health data secure?
Yes. Your data is encrypted with AES-256 both in transit and at rest. You can also choose local-only mode to keep all data exclusively on your device.
Can I switch between cloud sync and local-only mode?
Yes. Go to Settings → Privacy Mode to switch. Note that switching to local-only mode means your data will not be backed up to our servers and cannot be recovered if you lose your device.
Is Her Rhythm a medical app?
No. Her Rhythm is an educational tool for tracking and understanding your menstrual and hormonal health. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions.
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You will receive a link to reset your password. You can also change your password from Settings → Change Password while logged in.
How do I share a report with my doctor?
Go to Profile → Healthcare Provider Report. Tap "Generate Report" to create a summary of your cycle and symptom data, then export it as a PDF to share with your healthcare provider.
